Day 1 - Arrival

Welcome to Egypt. Upon your arrival at the airport, a member of our team will meet and assist you, easing the process by helping you obtain your entry visa. You will then be escorted through the city in an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle to your chosen hotel. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all pick-up times for your upcoming activities. The remainder of the day is free for you to settle in and relax after your flight.

Day 2 - Saqqara and Dahshour

After having breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to the ancient necropolises of Saqqara and Dahshur to trace the early evolution of pyramid engineering. You will begin at Saqqara, exploring the Mastabas of the Nobles and the iconic Step Pyramid of Djoser before venturing inside the pyramids of Unas and Teti to marvel at the historic Pyramid Texts. Your journey continues south to Dahshur to witness the fascinating structural transitions of the unique Bent Pyramid and the neighboring Red Pyramid, the ancient world’s first successful smooth-sided pyramid. Day 3 - Pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian Museum

After having breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to begin your journey at the Great Pyramids of Giza, the last standing wonder of the ancient world. You will explore the site’s architectural mastery, visiting the iconic Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre to uncover the secrets of the Old Kingdom. Day 4 - West Bank: Valley of The Kings and Queen Hatshepsut Temple and Fly to Cairo

After having breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to the West Bank of the Nile to visit Valley of the Kings, the secluded burial ground of the New Kingdom Pharaohs. You will explore the royal tombs, marveling at the vibrant hieroglyphics and preserved colors that have survived for millennia. Your journey continues to the elegant Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a unique tiered structure set against the limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. To conclude your sightseeing, you will stop to see Colossi of Memnon, the two massive stone statues that once guarded the entrance to a long-lost mortuary temple. After having breakfast at your hotel, you will travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, the legendary city founded by Alexander the Great. Your journey through the Greco-Roman period begins at the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a subterranean wonder where ancient Egyptian motifs and classical Roman styles merge seamlessly. Day 6 - Coptic Cairo, Saladin Citadel and Khan El-Khalili

After having breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to Coptic Cairo, where you will explore the historic Hanging Church and Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus during the cooler morning hours. After discovering these ancient spiritual sites, you will enjoy a midday break before going to Saladin Citadel, a medieval fortress that has watched over the city for centuries. You will have two full hours to explore the citadel's grounds and the magnificent Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali, offering some of the finest panoramic views of the capital. The day concludes at the vibrant Khan El-Khalili bazaar, where you can wander through historic alleyways as the market livens up for the evening.
